Value Proposition

A value proposition is a clear statement of the specific benefit a customer gets, for whom it is meant, and why it beats the alternatives. It answers the visitor's first question, why should I choose you, in language focused on outcomes rather than features.

Why It Matters

It is the core reason a visitor converts instead of leaving. A sharp value proposition aligns messaging, differentiates you from competitors, and gives every other page element something concrete to support.

Common Mistake

Describing features instead of benefits, or writing something so generic any competitor could claim it. When the value proposition is vague or inward-facing, visitors cannot tell why you are the right choice.
